What if people had their needs written all over them? This program consists of individual DiSC® personality assessments for each participant and a certified trainer to facilitate a half or full day of activities and informational sessions. All team members will get a crystal clear understanding of their own personality styles, their strengths, and their areas of potential problems in terms of working in a team with other personalities. Team members will practice communication and interaction to create cohesion and understanding within the team. The overall culture of the team will be reviewed. Teams will identify areas of strength on which to capitalize and will learn where and how they can begin to improve blind spots or weaker areas in the team. Team members will walk away with an arsenal of tools and resources that will prepare them to start enjoying their work and will insight amazing improvement in all coworker interactions.
This in-depth, customizable training program teaches managers how to bring out the best in each employee. They learn how to read employee styles and adapt their own styles to manage more effectively. A 26-page personalized report helps managers understand how to work more effectively in the areas of delegating and directing, motivating, developing others, and working with their own managers. A certified facilitator will provide activities, training, tools and resources, and practical applications for improved management outcomes. Managers will develop their management styles, learn to improve communication, and endeavor to increase employee engagement.
Crafting a vision, building alignment, and championing execution are the steps to effective and inspiring leadership. The purpose of this workshop is to take people from doing the job of managing things and activities to being quality leaders of people. This workshop is facilitated by a certified DiSC® trainer and leadership expert. The coach of this program has been an active leader of work teams, community groups, and association boards. Participants will be given a full DiSC profile that includes a 40-page report of their personality styles as well where they currently fall on the continuum of leadership traits. The workshop will have concrete activities to allow leaders to go through the three steps to effective leadership. They will see where their strengths lie and where they have weaknesses, but they will also gain practical solutions and skills to shore up the personalities they will need to effectively take the steps of vision, alignment, and execution.
The Map of Me
Who are you and who have you been perfectly designed to be? This in-depth program takes you through a set of assessments and compiles a DiSC 363® for Leaders profile that will be shared with your leader(s). Next, a certified expert and coach will walk you through all the information to create a plan that allows you to use your perfect design at its highest and best as well as a plan to shore up the weaknesses—and the ability to see and appreciate the differences. All individuals should be authentic and open and able to express themselves fully with confidence—we want you to have the tools to do that. The fee for this program includes the cost of a 363 profile; StrengthsFinders, DiSC, Myers–Briggs, Enneagram, and Apex profiles; and two one-on-one coaching sessions (1.5 hours each).
This program is an assessment-based learning experience that helps individuals and organizations reveal what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective
team in the most approachable, competent, and effective way possible. The program is designed exclusively for intact teams and work groups and is roughly
25 hours of fully facilitated programming that can be completed in a consecutive three-day retreat or can be broken up into modules of 2–3 hours over
Powered by Everything DiSC®, the profiles help participants understand their own DiSC styles. Bringing together everyone’s personalities and preferences to form a cohesive, productive team takes work, but the payoff can be huge—for individuals, the team, and the organization. The program helps team members understand how, as a team, they score on the key components of the Five Behaviors model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Each individual on the team will also understand his or her own personality style and his or her team members’ styles, based on the DiSC model, and how his or her style contributes to the team’s overall success.
The program includes:
- A trained and certified facilitator providing content and activities in seven modules;
- A PowerPoint® presentation with over 40 minutes of video and engaging, interactive activities that will create solutions and clear-cut custom strategies
for the future function of the team;
- Assessments, including a full, computer-adaptive version of Everything DiSC®; a team survey; team culture questions; individual profiles; team progress
reports; and one-on-one comparison reports;
- Participant handouts and take-away cards for each of the five behaviors;
- Podcasts and online resources for future group work; and
- A comprehensive, highly personalized, and accessible 36-page illustrated report that allows each person on the team, and the team as a whole, to understand
how he or she scored on the assessment and how to interpret individual and team results. The profile includes an introduction, a section devoted
to each of the five behaviors, a summary of the team’s strengths and challenges, tips and suggestions, and a road map to help teams create an action
plan based on the results.
